What a Coaching Session Looks Like
Before we meet, I’ll send you a simple Thoughts Organizer to help gather what’s been on your mind. It’s a gentle way to start tuning in before we talk.
During our session, we’ll:
Set some intentions so we’re focused on what matters most to you
Get a feel for the landscape—what’s been hard, what’s unclear, and where you want to go
Look at things from new angles to create space for insight and movement
Take a moment to check in with your body—there’s often quiet wisdom there
Explore new ideas or tools that might support you going forward
Have a real conversation—I’ll be listening closely and asking thoughtful questions to help you connect the dots
Our time together is a space for you to be honest, supported, and curious. You don’t have to have it all figured out—we’ll work through it together.
