Welcome to Singing Bird Health Partners
Meet Andrea P. Fisk, MSOM, LAc, CPC
EAST ASIAN MEDICINE PRACTITIONER AND PERSONAL COACH
My work is my passion.
The lessons I’ve gained over the years haven’t come from books alone—they’ve been shaped by real-life challenges that deepened my empathy and strengthened my drive to help others. When you choose to work with me, know that my dedication comes from a place of deep understanding and lived experience.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that everyone has the potential to feel better, live with more balance, and move forward with intention. For over 25 years, I’ve helped people tune in to their bodies and take charge of their health. My approach is personalized—I meet you exactly where you are. I take the time to truly listen, understand your struggles, and help you reconnect with both internal and external resources that support healing.
As a mother of two, I have a special passion for helping the next generation make healthy, informed choices. I also collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to ensure you feel supported and heard throughout your journey. Whether you’re navigating a chronic condition, a life transition, or the everyday stresses that come with being human, I bring compassionate, practical care to the process.
I use acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and holistic coaching to support people of all ages—children, teens, adults, and families. My goal is always the same: to help you feel more at home in your body and more confident in your choices.
My own healing journey has taught me that challenges can be powerful teachers. I’m not afraid of the hard stuff—in fact, I’m drawn to it. I bring curiosity to every session, wanting to understand not just the facts but also the feelings that shape your experience. And I believe in the healing power of humor—because sometimes laughter really is the best medicine.
My work is rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, enriched by a strong foundation in integrative health, and shaped by years of experience supporting individuals and families through all stages of life.
I’m here to help you reconnect with your body, restore your balance, and move forward with clarity and care.
Whether you’re looking for support, guidance, or simply someone who will truly listen—I’m honored to walk that path with you.
I’m a nationally board-certified acupuncturist and herbalist, licensed by the Oregon Medical Board, and a certified personal coach. I’m also the founder of Singing Bird Health Partners, based in Portland, Oregon.

Andrea takes the time to go the extra mile for her clients
“Not only is Andrea a master of her craft, but she is also a kind soul who genuinely cares about your well-being and will take the time to understand any underlying conditions you have - not just for the sake of diligent record-keeping, but to then spend time researching how she can better assist you both immediately in her clinic and longer-term in your daily life.”

A Day in the Life…
I live in beautiful Portland with my husband, where my love for sustainability and environmental responsibility continues to grow.
When I’m not working, I’m probably walking my dog, playing with my new kitten, foraging for mushrooms, reading, working out, or doing embroidery. These quiet pleasures help me stay grounded so I can show up fully for the people I work with.
